Meet Jody and Troy

Troy is active military and jody is a stay at home mom to their two kids, a six year old boy and three year old daughter.

Being a military family is difficult and since troy is often deployed. When he's gone he worries about the safety of his family. That's why he got Jody something to protect herself and the kids incase there was ever a break-in or an intruder While troy is gone.

They were keeping it in a shoe box in their closet, until one day her six year old yelled "hey Mom, what's this?"

Panicked, she ran into the closet and took the shoe box before he was able to grab what was inside. THat was when she immediately went and ordered a 2a4life Biosafe.

"Dear 2A4Life,

As an ever so grateful mother, I just wanted to send you a quick thank you.

My husband is currently deployed and he worries about the family when he is gone, so he got me a gun to protect us, just in case anything happens.

When my six year old son found the shoe box I was hiding it in… it broke me. I cried myself to sleep that night. I couldn’t believe I put my son in harms way with only hiding it in a shoe box in my closet. I was mortified.

I was never going to let that happen again. I rushed to finding a secure safe that would keep my children’s curious hands out of commission.

Now, knowing that it is safely locked away, I feel capable of having a gun in my house again. So, thank you so much for giving me a sense of security in our home while my husband is away. I could never thank you enough for that."

-Jody
