Please note that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. If your tracking hasn't updated after two days, please contact our customer service team.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Inspect your entire order and document any missing or damaged items. Retain all packaging materials and order information, then contact our support team for further instructions.

While we cannot guarantee compatibility with non-2A4LIFE branded products, we're happy to help verify measurements before purchase. Email us with your compatibility questions. Please note that returns due to third-party compatibility issues will be processed as standard returns and may incur shipping fees.
