Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a 2.9% cancellation fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and fall under our Refund & Return Policy.
Refund Policy
- Only products with 'Money Back Guarantee' are eligible for refunds
- Each guarantee includes a specific Time Frame and Refund Percentage
- Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable
- Money Back Time Frame starts upon order receipt or 10 days after order placement if no received date is shown
- Refund Percentage applies to product cost only, not shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- For all returns create a Support Ticket
- Refurbished products are not eligible for refunds

Holiday Policy
For orders placed after November 23, the Money Back Guarantee extends until January 15.

Replacement Policy
- Available for manufacturer defects or shipping damage
- Requires RMA Form submission with evidence of defect/damage
- Product return appreciated but not required
- Does not cover customer-caused cosmetic damage or wear and tear
Universal Policy
Applies to all products not covered by specific policies:
- 30-day Money Back Guarantee from arrival date
- Non-refundable shipping
- One-time replacement for defective items or shipping damage after troubleshooting
- No extended warranty unless specified
